edmvnd.com is operated by McGill Digital Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. These terms govern your use of the site and any order placed with us. By placing an order you agree to be bound by them.
When you place an order you make an offer to buy the listed items at the listed price. We accept the offer — and the contract is formed — when we send the order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (for example, stock issues, suspected fraud, pricing errors).
If we cancel an order before dispatch, any payment taken is refunded in full to the original payment method.
All prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate where applicable. Shipping is shown separately at checkout. International orders may attract import duties payable by the recipient on arrival.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna pay-in-3. We do not see or store card details. By submitting payment you confirm the card is yours and you are authorised to use it.
Shipping rates and timeframes are on the shipping page. Risk and title transfer to you on delivery. Estimated delivery times are indicative — we're not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control.
You have 30 days from receipt to return unworn items for a refund or exchange, in addition to your statutory 14-day right of cancellation under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Full details on the returns page.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If something is not, we will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate without unreasonable delay or inconvenience.
All trade marks, copy, photography, and brand identity on this site are the property of McGill Digital Limited or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of it commercially without prior written permission.
You agree not to use the site or any of our communication channels to harass, defraud, scrape at scale, or attempt to compromise security. We may suspend service to anyone in breach.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim arising out of an order is capped at the value of that order.
Your personal data is handled in line with our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
We may revise these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one in force on the date you placed it. Substantive changes are noted by an updated date at the top of this page.
These terms and any dispute arising under them are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
