The policy

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return it for a refund or exchange. This is in addition to your statutory 14-day right to cancel under UK consumer law.

Condition

Garments must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, in their original packaging. We can't accept anything that has been worn, washed, marked, or shows any sign of use.

How to return

1. Email returns@edmvnd.com with your order number.
2. We'll reply within one working day with a returns address and reference number.
3. Send the parcel back via a tracked service. Return postage is paid by the customer for refunds.
4. UK exchanges are free — we'll cover the return postage with a prepaid label.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 working days of us receiving the return. The refund lands back on the original payment method. Klarna repayments are reversed via Klarna directly. Original shipping costs are non-refundable except on faulty items.

Faulty items

If something arrives damaged or develops a fault within a reasonable time of normal wear, email returns@edmvnd.com with photos and your order number. We'll cover return postage and repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.

Sale items

Sale items follow the same 30-day policy unless marked "final sale" at the point of purchase. Final sale items are not eligible for return except where faulty.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
