How do EDMVND pieces fit?
The Tee I is structured and slightly cropped. The Tee II, Long Tee, Crew, and Hood are intentionally oversized — most customers size down one size from their usual. Full measurements are on the size guide.
Between two sizes — what should I do?
For the Tee I, size up if you want a less cropped fit. For the oversized pieces (Tee II, Long Tee, Crew, Hood), size down if you want a closer fit. The model wears L at 178cm across the oversized range.
Where are EDMVND garments made?
On AS Colour bases in Bangladesh, with our embroidery applied in finishing. Design and editorial direction is from Suffolk in the East of England.
How should I wash them?
Cold wash inside out. Do not tumble dry. Line dry in shade. The heavyweight pieces (Crew, Hood) hold their shape best when air-dried flat.
Will the embroidery hold up?
Yes. The embroidery is tonal — same colour family as the garment — and stitched, not printed, so it doesn't crack or peel with wash.
How long does shipping take?
UK 1–3 working days. Europe 3–5. Rest of world 5–10. Full rates and dispatch times are on the shipping page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — to most of Europe and worldwide via DHL Tracked. Import duties on international orders are the recipient's responsibility.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Email hello@edmvnd.com within an hour of placing the order and we'll do what we can. Once dispatched, the order will need to be returned in the normal way.
What's the returns window?
30 days from receipt, unworn with tags. Free UK exchanges, customer pays return postage for refunds. Full details on the returns page.
How long do refunds take?
Within 5 working days of receipt. The refund returns to the original payment method. Klarna repayments are reversed via Klarna directly.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna pay-in-3. All payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store card details.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout runs on Stripe with full PCI-DSS compliance and 3D Secure where applicable. The site is served over HTTPS end to end.
